Definitely the best hotel in Sakon Nahkon, great location and the pool is great for a chill.

Nice, clean hotel in the Thai province. |The pool is very nice and the rooms are clean too.|We've been there before and will come again!|On this stay there was also a lady at the reception who spoke a bit of English. But is it better to have someone with you who speaks the Thai language.

โรงแรมที่มีการจัดการที่ดี …I’ll give this modern, professionally built hotel 5 stars since it is well maintained and reliable. ( Note: It’s no Hilton) The AC rooms are basic having a wardrobe, desk & refrigerator (mini-mart around the corner along the main street). The water pressure was good with hot water ( not always standard in Thai hotels). Good TV reception but only Thai channels. The small, clean swimming pool is well maintained ( changing room & restrooms next to swimming pool). The breakfast buffet was 150 baht each- typical “Thai”with the basics ( eggs, hotdogs, pressed ham in hot water, rice, a couple Isaan dishes, white bread for toast, fruit, bland coffee) The hotel is located on a major boulevard which takes you to the center of the city’s mall & Big C Extra. Covered parking for cars btw. Pleasant, well trained staff is a big plus also at this hotel.

Booked adjoins rooms .. yes no problems.. turned up sorry we don’t have & the price was meant to include breakfast for all the family .. only 2 of us were covered ..

I recommend changing the dirty mop bucket water instead of pushing dirt and grease from room to room. The carpark attendant needs training so guests arriving by two wheels are not ordered to park in a tiny staff scooter parking area. The reception staff would benefit from further training. Perhaps cut fresh fruit each day for the breakfast buffet instead of stale old fruit cut up from another day. The pool water looks a swampy color. The hotel bedroom windows would benefit from opening between guests to exchange old for new air and stop body odor build up and stale air. The bedroom slippers are second hand, dirty and smell of cheesy feet and bacteria. Bait and switch pricing tactic after telephoning for prices and arriving in person.

We stayed here just night in december. Well maintained hotel. Excellent price-value. There are 2 swimming pools with very clean water. The temperature of 1 pool is the lowest water temperature i have experienced in Thailand so far. But that's good for your body :-) and good for swimming. Besides this it's easy to book breakfast at the reception. There's also a restaurant in this place. Big car park as well. I would recommend this place.

Good value for the price. The room was quite new. Nice clean room, towels and linen. The aircon worked great. The bed was not super hard. Hot shower worked ok but the water pressure was not strong. Connecting rooms are available. …
